NRCC’s FastForward Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certification Preparation Course will broaden and update the students’ knowledge and skills while delivering everything needed to pass the SHRM-CP exam, all in an interactive “live” virtual class environment.

With NRCC’s course, the student will receive the SHRM Learning System and an exam voucher which offers personalized learning that dynamically adjusts to learning style. Students must meet specific educational and work experience to submit their application to take the SHRM-CP exam. FastForward programs: Unlike traditional college credit programs, courses offered under these programs are designed to be completed on a short-term basis (weeks or months as opposed to one-two years of study). Students in FastForward programs also benefit from significant cost reductions. Subject to the availability of funds, students pay only one-third of the normal cost of training. Many students also qualify for financial aid (FANTIC) to help cover the remaining cost.
