PHI 220 Ethics and Society

3 credit(s)
Nursing AAS: PHI 220 is strongly encouraged and may be required by some four-year nursing programs. Students may choose from a college approved Humanities/ Fine Arts  elective as an alternative to PHI 220.

Provides a systematic study of representative ethical concepts and theories and discusses their application to concrete moral dilemmas and social issues and problems. This is a Passport Transfer  and UCGS transfer course. Lecture 3 hours per week.
